In this episode, I talk with my big sister Ce, co-owner of Centric Pilates, Dubbo, NSW.
A lifetime ago Ce started her high school teaching career. Due to continued high stress levels as a teacher, and struggling to find the work / family life balance, her health deteriorated terribly. As a result she left the teaching profession to pursue Pilates. Ce has now learnt to plan better, simple things like diet and exercise, to ensure she now has more good days than bad days!
